WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, PLEASE reach out to us! Call, email, DM us on Instagram, send a telegram, smoke signal, carrier pigeon, contact form on the website, something. We greatly appreciate opportunities to satisfy our customers.
Please consult any Manufacturer’s warranties before contacting MidAtlanticMunition; as merchandise that has been used is not subject to return to MidAtlanticMunition and should be referred to the manufacturer’s warranty repair center.
MidAtlanticMunition will only accept products in an unaltered condition within 30 days of the purchase date for refund consideration. After 30 days, items are no longer eligible for refund. NO EXCEPTIONS
Please note that we do not permit the return of the following products:
- Ammunition
- Chemicals
- Products sold "as is" or "used" or that have been installed or used after receipt.
- Special orders and products that are custom configured to your specifications.
Special Note on Return of Optics, Illumination Devices, Night Vision, and Electronics: Optics, iron sights, mounts, illumination devices, night vision, and electronics must be brand new in the package to be eligible for return. If installation (or setup) has been attempted or completed, returns will not be accepted by MidAtlanticMunition and any issues should be referred to the manufacturer’s warranty repair center.
Return Merchandise Authorization's (RMA):
If a product return is appropriate, the customer MUST contact customer service to obtain an RMA number IN ADVANCE OF SHIPPING within 10 business days of the receipt of the product.
Return requests submitted for cosmetic reasons must be accompanied by a description and pictures.
Return request approval decisions are at the sole discretion of MidAtlanticMunition.
Shipping Notes:
All returned items must be in the same condition as when they were shipped, and be packed and returned in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration that shipped with the product.
A completed copy of the RMA form MUST BE INCLUDED in the same package as the product you are returning. If the customer fails to include an RMA form with the returned item(s), or if the RMA form is incomplete, MidAtlanticMunition WILL NOT process a refund for the item(s) and the package will be returned to the customer.
All return shipping charges will be at the expense of the customer.
MAM is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in return transit. We recommend that you use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns, and either insure your package for safe return or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to use a carrier that offers tracking and insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping. United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before USPS will initiate a trace.
Refund Information:
All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges both ways on returns, as well as for shipping charges on shipments that are refused; unless the item was shipped by a distributor in error, or the product is defective cosmetically or mechanically when it arrives to the customer.
If the item is returned:
- unopened in the original sealed product packaging - offer you store credit, or offer you a refund, less 10% restocking fee.
- opened or removed from its original sealed product packaging - offer you store credit, or offer you a refund, less 15% open box fee, in addition to the 10% restocking fee (totaling 25%) will be assessed.
- opened or removed from its original sealed product packaging and not in a resalable condition (but accepted) - offer you store credit, or offer you a refund, less 25% damage fee, in addition to the 15% open box fee, and the 10% restocking fee (totaling 50%) will be assessed.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, credit will be issued to the account. Refund approval decisions are at the sole discretion of MidAtlanticMunition. (Please allow 5-7 business days for your credit card company to apply your refund to your account.)
